Observation: Employee bathrooms do not have hot water (>100*F) provided. All hand sinks used by food service employees must have hot water at least 100*F provided.

Observation: Walk in freezer appears to have a plugged condensate line and has ice buildup inside. Must defrost and clean the cooler to prevent contamination. The source of condensation must be investigated since the water does not come from a potable source.

Observation: Cove base in the walk in coolers is peeling away. Must replace or repair to prevent buildup of bacteria.

Observation: Dented can of orange pieces was found in the dry storage area. May not use or sell any can that is dented on top, bottom, or side seals. Also any can that has a gap when set on a level surface or has sharp points due to denting. Discarded at time of inspection.
- Drying mops
Observation: Mop was found in mop bucket wet. If not in immediate use the mop must be allowed to air dry to prevent buildup of bacteria.
