Observation: Several containers of food were prepared in the owners home kitchen. All food that is sold must be stored in, prepared in, cooked in, hot or cold held in, and sold from the licensed unit. Nothing may be done in a home kitchen.

Observation: Refrigerator not holding foods below 41*
- PHF/TCS food maintained at 135°F or above, except during preparation, cooking, cooling, or when time us used as a public health control
Observation: Plastic containers of food sitting at room temperature and not held above 135*.
- Bare hand contact with ready to eat foods
Observation: Topping foods with bare hands. No bare hand contact with ready to eat foods is allowed.
- Test kit provided and used to measure sanitizing solution concentration
Observation: Need test kit to check sanitizer concentration.
