Observation: Parking lot is still gravel - more gravel is being brought in and measures are being taken to limit the amount of mud being brought in. Still dirt in establishment even though last rain and sale was two weeks ago.

Observation: Establishment has limited cold holding capacity for refrigerated and frozen foods. All must be stored on sight or at distributor. No home storage of foods. Menu must be limited because of cold hold space.
