Observation: Didn't have sanitizer made up at time of inspection. Must have sanitizer made during all business hours to prevent buildup of bacteria and spread of disease. Sanitizer is the most effective way to ensure surface are clean.

Observation: Inside of microwave has food buildup. Clean more frequently to prevent contamination.

Observation: 1)Found several damaged utensils in kitchen. Utensils must be maintained in good condition. Replace to prevent contamination. REPEAT VIOLATION

Observation: No handwashing posted on hand sink in: 1)Ice machine room 2) Women's restroom. Every hand sink to be used by employee must has sign posted reminding employees to wash their hands.
- Food is properly labeled
Observation: Bagged ice does not provide a store label for consumers to easily identify the distributor and location.
- Cleanability of floors, walls, and ceilings
Observation: 1)Missing floor tiles in Men's restroom. Install new tiles to provide smooth and easy cleanable surfaces. 2)Caulking on the top edge of mop sink is peeling off. Re-caulk as needed.
- Ventilation hood system and filters designed to be cleanable, prevent dripping, and are adequate to prevent grease or condensation from collecting on walls and ceilings
Observation: Vents have heavy dust buildup in walk-in cooler. Must clean off dust.

Observation: Food debris buildup on the floor in walk-in freezer. Clean more frequently to prevent contamination.
- Handwashing sink equipped to provide water at a temperature of at least 100° F through a mixing valve or combination faucet.
Observation: Hand hand has no hot water provided in Women's restroom. Repair to ensure washing is at least 100*F.

Observation: 1) The doors on both walk-in freezers have ice buildup. Must fix heat strips to maintain equipment in good condition. REPEAT VIOLATION 2)Two doors on reach-in cooler have torn gasket. Replace. REPEAT VIOLATION

Eggs were stored above milk bottles in reach-in cooler. Raw animal food must be sparated or stored below from ready to eat food.
