The breadth of classes includes learning the essentials, such as knife techniques, but there is also an abundance of fun and innovative classes that include French bistro favorites, indoor grilling, halftime party pleasers, and more. There isn’t a single freezer on the premises, so every ingredient used is fresh, organic, and hormone- and preservative-free.
