  • Basic - Missing drain plug at dumpster. No drain plug on green Waste Management dumpster.
  • High Priority - Vacuum breaker missing at hose bibb. Hose bibb to the left of the dumpster has no backflow preventer. Also no backflow preventer on hose bibb on building outside of water heater room.
  • Intermediate - Raw/undercooked animal food offered and establishment has no written consumer advisory. Raw animal foods must be fully cooked prior to service. No consumer advisory available. Provided operator with consumer advisory. **Corrected On-Site**
