Morgans Hotel Group, the luxury boutique hotel specialists, came to Los Angeles in 1996 to open the elegant Mondrian hotel on world-famous Sunset Boulevard. A dozen years later, the hotel was "reimagined" by Benjamin Noriega-Ortiz to reach an even higher level of style and sophistication, excitement and glamour. Ten different room configurations are available, from studios and suites to full long-term apartments. The Studio King, for example, covers 475 square feet and features bamboo floors, a Rainfall shower, and a private wet bar. For physical activity, guests have access to a 24/7 Fitness Center on the first floor as well as SPiN Hollywood, a ping pong facility that serves cocktails and food.

Also on the premises is Agua Spa with its Zen-like atmosphere, the restaurant Asia de Cuba serving innovative fusion dishes, and Skybar, an open-air pavilion covered with ivy and perched above the rooftop pool.
