I have gone to this McDonalds too many times to count and EVERYTIME I swear I wont go back. This is my first time writing a bad review ever. Mistakes and things happen but it should not be 100% of my visits. This is not an exaggeration. 100% of the time my order are wrong.
I ordered an Egg and cheese biscuit for my hike in the morn I get to the top of the hill 2 hours later, sit down to find 2 sausage biscuits. I do not eat meat.
I order coffee with 6 cream and no cream is added or put in the bag I am stuck at work with an un-drinklable coffee that I got to pay for.
This morning I ordered 2 Egg and cheese mc Griddles to take to work. While in the line I opened the sandwich and saw no bacon. The worker asked what was I doing I said every time I come here I am given meat when I ask for none. I got to work and opened my sandwich to eat it and IT HAD BACON on it! They had the nerve to stick their grubby little fingers in my sandwich and attempted to remove the bacon but left many pieces clearly visable that were in the cheese they could not get out. I am a vegetarian and this is unacceptable. They knew and instead of changing the bun they removed what they could of the bacon! Another item I paid for yet could not consume. That is gross and a customer service failure. I will never go to this location again. I would not go if it was the last McDonalds. It really is the worst fast food restaurant I have ever been to. They also seem to care less when I have caught the issue in line before I left and have to wait for them to fix it. They could care less.
I have more examples but wouldn't want to waste anymore of my time or yours. McDonalds store #1243 owner John Farris Jr. is horrible service. You have been warned.
Would you recommend MCDONALD'S #1243 to others? No
