KDA_4_20211A2 - --Located on the dish rack above the three vat sink, there was one plastic food container that was cracked. COS- discarded. KDA_4_60111A - --Located on the dish rack above the three vat sink, there were five plastic food containers stored as clean that were soiled with sticker residue. COS- moved to wash area. KDA_4_60111C - --The fan guards of the WIC are dusty. The sides of the fryers are soiled with an accumulation of grease. The seals of the RIC under the MT are moldy. The vent hood above the fryers and wok are soiled with an accumulation of grease. KDA_4_60211E4 - --There is mold on the inside of the ice chute at the soda fountain. KDA_5_20515B - --The women's restroom hand sink is slow to drain. KDA_6_50112A - --There is debris on the floor along the walls of the kitchen. The electrical panel in the kitchen is soiled with an accumulation of dust and debris. There is an accumulation of debris under the wok in the kitchen.
