KDA_3_30212 - --A container of white crystal like substance in a container in the cupboard below the coffee station was not labeled. The manager said it is sugar. In a container in the storage room was a white crystal like substance. The manager said it is sugar.
KDA_3_30511A1 - --A box of concentrated soda is stored directly on the floor in the storage area.
KDA_3_50116A1 - --In the hot box by the register the following items had the following temperatures: chicken wings: 119 F, 121 F, 118 F, 121 F: fish 120 F, sandwich 124 F. PIC said they were put in the hot box at 12:00 PM. COS, VD (per another violation) Discussed using TPHC.
KDA_4_60111C - --In the beverage WIC the fan covers are dusty.
KDA_4_60211C - --There was a mesh colander stored inside the breading container used to bread chicken. The manager said it was last cleaned and sanitized on 10/31. He also said that the colander is cleaned and sanitized weekly. COS, moved to be cleaned and sanitized. PIC educated.
KDA_4_60211E4 - --There is mold in the ice chute on the soda fountains and an accumulation of syrup on the soda nozzles.
KDA_5_20212A - --The hot water faucet to the handwashing sink in the kitchen does not work. Per DM consultation 1 compartment of the 3-vat sink will temporarily be used as the handwashing sink until the faucet is repaired. The establishment will use a food grade storage container as the 3rd vat for sanitizing. The food prepared earlier without a handwashing sink was discarded The manager said a plumber is coming tomorrow.
