COS Salsa bowls were removed and placed in the warewashing area to be washed, rinsed, and sanitized. In the kitchen, a onion cutter was stored as clean had dried food debris on the surface. COS The onion cutter was placed in the warewashing area to be washed, rinsed, and sanitized.

- KDA_5_10311B - --Upon beginning the inspection, there was no hot water in the establishment. The hot water at the handwashing sinks, wait staff area and the bathroom had measured temperatures of 75F. Manager said the pilot light at the water heater was not on. COS Manager lit the pilot light. The water was hot.
