Repeated violation KDA_6_50112A - --There are approximately 50 old rodent droppings behind the shelves in the dry storage room. There is dried food debris on the walls in the warewashing room. There is black residue on the floors throughout the establishment. KDA_7_20111A - --On the prep table behind the counter an aerosol can of Lysol was stored next to food service gloves. COS, moved. Also, on the shelf below the prep table aerosol cans of Lysol were stored next to a box of napkins and fry cutter. COS, moved. Repeat violation. KDA_7_20111B - --Behind the counter in western most cupboard a bottle of hand sanitizer was stored on a shelf over boxes of commercially processed individual packages of dried cheese and mustard. COS, moved. Repeat violation. KDA_7_30111B - --On the retail shelves nearest the counter bottles of laundry detergent were stored on a shelf over RTE chocolate chips. Repeat violation. KDA_Defacto - --Proper cold holding temmperature: WIC: eggs 42 F Note: A carton of raw shell eggs were in a cupboard below the hot holding unit with no temperature control.
