- KDA_3_30514 - --In WIC 2, there is a bulk bin of shredded cheese stored with no lid/cover under a refrigeration panel that has mold growth. COS. Lid placed on product.
- KDA_3_50116A2 - --At front line, enchiladas being cold held at 60.1 F. COS. Items have been out for 1.5-2 hrs, facility to use more shallow pans keep enchiladas iced down, will store in and pull from WIC more frequently.
