Corrected on site date gun was stored different location and cutting board was cleaned and sanitized. The lids of plastic food containers, stored as clean, has a residue of labels. Corrected on site The manager removed the lids from service.
- KDA_4_60111C - --The nozzle attachment plate, of the customer self service soda fountain, has a build up of syrup and lint. The two condenser of the produce walk in cooler has a build up of mold present on the frame work.
- KDA_4_90311C - --In the bakery area a feather duster is stored directly on top of single use containers that are stored on the bottom shelf of the stainless steel work table.
- KDA_4_90411A - --Unwrapped, plastic stir sticks are dispensed with no protection to the lip contact surface at the customer self service coffee center.
- KDA_6_30511B - --An employee apron was laying on top of single use containers. Corrected on site Manager had the apron removed.
