Observation: One food employee was wearing several rings when preparing food. Must remove all hand jewelry except plain band style ring. Corrected at time of inspection. REPEAT VIOLATION.

1) A box of chicken was stored on the floor in walk-in freezer. Food must be 6" off the floor for prevent contamination and for cleaning purposes. 2) Plastic cups and lids without plastic wrap were directly stored between handwashing sink and Ice Tea container at drive-up. Must remove single service items or install splash guard to prevent contamination from water/soap splashing when washing hands. REPEAT VIOLATION.

Missing two pieces of ceiling tile above mop sink area. Must put ceiling tile to prevent entry pest and for cleaning purposes.

One employee was not wearing hair restraint. Food employees must wear hair restraints such as hats, hair covering or nets that are designed and worn to effectively keep their hair from contacting exposed food, clean equipment, utensils and single service articles. REPEAT VIOLATION.

Employee only washed and sanitized utensils during warewashing. Washed utensils and equipment must be rinsed so that abrasives are removed and cleaning chemicals are removed. Must follow the 3-step warewashing method: washing, rinsing, and sanitizing.

Several containers of sanitizer were not labeled. Must label sanitizer containers with common name for easy identification.
