Observation: No chemical sanitizer on site. Must have an approved sanitizer on site for food contact surfaces. Purchase and maintain at required concentration.

Observation: Cooler was temped at 45 degrees. All potentially hazardous foods must be maintained at 41 degrees or less. Turned down during inspection. CORRECTED.
- Handwashing sinks-Numbers, capacities, location, and placement
Observation: No hand sink is provided for front bar. Require hand sink for hand washing in all areas of food handling. Manager to address issue with establishment and have a plan for installation or portable hand sink is a option for the short term.
