    Hand-washing facilities lack running water of a suitable temperature. Specifically, handsink in repack area on mezzanine was without hot water-manit contacted and was corrected morning of 8-4-15 before exit interview and write up was complete
  • Installation and maintenance of equipment (S)
    Failure to maintain equipment so as to facilitate cleaning of the equipment. Specifically, wooden paddle had frayed and was no longer easily cleanable-paddle was removed and sent to maint for sanding
