    Observation:The chlorine test papers were discolored, no longer able to accurately measure chlorine sanitizer concentration in dishwashing machine.

    Observation:Observed ends of rolls of raw ground beef hanging over the edge of the pan, over beverages in walk-in cooler. Corrected on site.

    Observation:Observed duct tape on handles of two knives in kitchen.
  • In-use utensils, between-use storage
    Observation:Observed mashed potato scoop stored in water in a plastic container, water was 70 degrees instead of 135 degrees or above.
  • Physical facilities maintained clean: Cleaning frequency, restrictions, and methods
    Observation:Observed heavy grease and dust deposits as well as food particles on floor behind stoves.
