    Observation:Well water has not been tested last year for bacteria and nitrates.
  • Beverage tubing, cold plates, and ice unit drain lines
    Observation:There is still no separation in bar ice bin to keep ice for drinks from contacting the cold plate and beverage tubes - repeat violation.
  • Handwashing signage
    Observation:There is no handwashing sign designating which sink in dishroom is for handwashing only - repeat violation, corrected on site.
  • Cleanability of floors, walls, and ceilings
    Observation:Observed new wall covering in dishroom, however, it does not extend to the floor/coving behind the drainboard at the dishwashing machine - the wall in this area is not smooth/easily cleanable and durable.
  • Material characteristics of non-food contact surfaces
    Observation:New cabinets in dishroom have exposed wood that is not smooth, durable and easily cleanable.
  • Food storage - preventing contamination from the premises
    Observation:Observed bags of potatoes and onions stored on walk-in cooler floor.
