Observation: Vent hoods in kitchen area are heavily soiled. Clean.
- Cold and hot holding equipment used for PHF/TCS foods are equipped with at least one temperature measuring device that measures temperature in the coldest part of a hot holding unit or the warmest part of a cold holding unit and located and designed to allow for easy viewing.
Observation: Thermo air cooler at kitchen entrance does not have internal thermometer. Provide.

Observation: Prep cooler near fountain drink machine temped at 46*F ambient. Salsa temped at 45.7*F and shredded cheese temped at 54.3*F. Food items were voluntarily discarded. Service for cooler was called during inspection. Must be able to maintain food internal temps at 41*F or below.

Observation: Top and inside of imperial unit above stove in kitchen is heavily soiled in dust and food debris. Clean.

Observation: Food stored on floor in walk in freezer. All items must be stored at least 6 inches off of floor.

Observation: 1) Wall around urinal in mens rest room is beginning to chip and deteriorate. Sealant around urinal is also deteriorated. Seal areas of wall and around urinal. 2) Bare wall by water heater. Cover wall in approved material to allow for smooth, easily cleanable, and non absorbent surface. 3) Missing tile around base of water heater. Re-tile to allow for smooth, easily cleanable, and non absorbent surface.
