1) The following areas are no longer smooth, easily cleanable, and nonabsorbent: dry storage shelves (resurface/repaint), tape on Maximum cooler (remove), and walk in shelves becoming rusty (resurface or replace). 2) Walk in drain line is not sloped to drain. Tube has standing water inside. Must allow pipe to properly drain to prevent contamination and buildup of bacteria. 3) Walk in cooler is missing door gasket. Must replace door gasket to ensure adequate temp is maintained. 4) The following areas have become soiled: inside cabinet by Maximum cooler, under flat top and fryer, and cabinets below flat top and fryer.

Observed food without date mark in walk in cooler and prep coolers. Must date mark all ready to eat food with date opened/prepared and then discard within 7 days unless entire contents will be used within 24 hours.

Dry storage and bar lights (underneath) do not appear to be shatter resistant, and do not have a cover. Must provide an adequate cover or shatter resistant bulbs to prevent contamination.

Observed dented can of gravy and spaghetii sauce. May not sell any can that is dented on top, bottom, or side seals to prevent contamination. Also any can that cannot sit level or has sharp points due to denting. Cans were removed from use. Corrected at time of inspection

Eggs and ground beef patties were observed stored above ready to eat food in walk in cooler. Must store all raw animal products below all ready to eat food to prevent contamination.
