Observation:Tyler walk in cooler has seam in ceiling that is rusty and peeling with potential to contaminate foods stored underneath, also water droplets visible on ritht end of seam. Must repair unit to have smooth, cleanable surfaces, non-rusty. Noted on prior inspection.

Observation:Sugar scoop in bulk bin is touching product, keep handle inverted out of product.
- Food storage - preventing contamination from the premises
Observation:Tyler walk in cooler has several drops of moisture present on seam at top of cooler, with packaged food stored below. Must moved food to prevent dripping water contamination and repair moisture issue to prevent contamination of foods stored in this area of cooler.
- Material characteristics of non-food contact surfaces
Observation:Has wooden painted pallets holding some cases of food off floor in walk in cooler and freezer that have some exposed wood showing through, replace with a nonwooden material, such as dunnage rack or other durable material. Wood is not allowed on cooler interiors.

- Sanitization methods - hot water, chemical
Observation:No Dishmachine chemical registering, service has been called, using three compartment sink for warewashing until repaired. Service here now and testing must be done on this converted machine before final rinse, now at 100 ppm. Must confirm the cycle delivers chemical long enough to properly sanitize surfaces before rinsed off.

Observation:Walk in cooler holding has top seam of ceiling that is getting very rusty, clean/resurface.

Reusing cardboard boxes with single use cups and plates, must not use cardboard for any purpose other than the original product. Provide a smooth, cleanable container for this purpose, such as plastic.

Has wooden basket holding fruit along food line, and one wooden spoon on utensils rack, must not use wood for these purposes with food products. Must replace with nonwooden items to protect foods.
- Sanitization of food contact surfaces - before use and after cleaning
Dishmachine highest temp reached was 150 degrees F, needs to be 160 degrees or higher at the dish level, 180 degrees at the gauge level of machine. Has three compartment sink to use until machine repaired.

Has chemicals stored above foods and next to gloves, in cupboard in sandwich station, moved now to lowest shelf area separate from foods. Corrected on site.
- Light bulbs, protective shielding
Light in walk in cooler (non-working) holding snacks, does not appear to be coated and is not shielded, Provide a coated bulb or shield over the light to help prevent shattering.

Two serving stations for fast food have vegetables and fruit without any sneeze guard type protection, provide some sort of barrier method for food protection during self serve times, ie partially covering the items with food wrap or a sneeze guard.
