Observation: old table posts, shelving, and any other equipment stored outside on east side of establishment.

Observation: no light bulbs in standup, reachin cooler by grill area.

Observation:buckets used to store suaces in walkin cooler on floors. Corrected during inspection and moved onto shelves.

Observation: holes in wall areas by hand wash sink and mop sink area. Missing tiles and damaged tiles around floor wall junctures and in walkin cooler area.

Observation:womens restroom out of service due to leaking seal at base of toilet fixture. Contact w/ city buildings division regarding violation.

Observation: fully cooked ham stored under raw shell eggs in walk in cooler. Ham moved by produce shelf, corrected during inspection.

Observation: Reach-in cold unit not working during inspection. Manager states that repair person coming in later that day to fix unit.

Observation: Cut onions, tomatoes, eggs, and other food items in reach in cooler temping at 55 degrees. Manager tells me that unit is not working and that a repair person is coming to fix it. Foods in cooler had been placed and hour prior to start of inspection. I have owner and employees fill bags with ice and have them line the unit so that the foods can be kept cold.
