Observation: Ceiling in kitchen leaks - several tiles have water stains.

Observation: Corn and gravy date marked 7-16 and 7-25 in reach in cooler. Discarded at time of inspection.

Observation:Medicine and non-food business related chemicals stored in area where wash machines are.

Observation: Inspection due to complaint of smoking inside the building - observed ash trays and cigarette butts near oven on S. Wall. Observed smoke odor near wash machine area where personal items are stored.
