Description: An hour-long hayride with live, sing-along folk music winds through the park to Parker Canyon for a chuck wagon dinner and continued entertainment. The hay wagon is pulled by a vehicle, not by horses, but you get a complimentary cowboy hat and bandanna to take home plus your choice of steak or hamburger for supper. Plan to spend two-and-a-half to three hours relaxing and enjoying the park’s splendid scenery. The lodge recommends making your reservations by 2 p.m., but walk-ins are welcome until 5 p.m. if there’s space left. Rides depart at 5:30 p.m., but guests are asked to arrive by 5 p.m. Group rates are available.
