Description: If you’re looking for fabulous vegetarian fare, this is the place. Founder and chef Moaz “Mozy” Kashty uses only the freshest organic (mostly locally produced) ingredients, and is constantly dreaming up new flavor combinations to excite the palate. The menu is burrito-centric, but also features salads, hummus platters, plantains, and smoothies. The atmosphere is casual funk; the tables are in a covered patio. Right above the salsa bar hangs a community bulletin board where locals post business cards, flyers, and whatnot. Magical Tents is the catering end, with Mozy himself preparing a mesmerizing spread under large tents and canopies. Guests dine Bedouin-style, lounging on pillows at low tables.
