Observed a shipment was received just before inspection (semi truck was leaving parking lot as inspector was entering) but the bulk of the truck had not been put away until after inspection was complete. Observed the following items above 41°F in walk in cooler: shredded lettuce 57°F, sliced tomatoes 51°, shell eggs 55°, packaged egg patties 49°, sliced American cheese 52°. Inspector observed drip plan placed under fan/condenser unit in walk-in cooler and advised establishment to closely watch ambient walk-in cooler temperature.
