Manager stated sauce had been it since about 11am and is only made as needed. Advised establishment that sauce must be kept 41°F or below or 135°F and above. Manager stated they will decide how to keep sauce.
- Intermediate - Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine. Observed spots on the white plastic piece that hangs in the middle interior of the ice machine and along the interior right side.
