Edward working since February and Garrett working for 2 years (per each employee) with no proof of food safety training. Manager said Garrett just completed ServSafe manager exam but has not yet received certificate. Observed SafeStaff training for 2 other employees and ServSafe Manager's certificates for 2 others with 2 other new hires on staff of 30 days or less. This violation must be corrected by September 25, 2013.
