Cardboard boxes containing Beef patties and romaine lettuce. Corrected On-Site Warning Basic - Wiping cloth sanitizing solution stored on the floor. Observed 2 buckets in kitchen area on floor. Corrected On-Site Warning High Priority - Employee failed to wash hands before putting on new set of gloves to work with food. Several employees in kitchen area. Warning High Priority - Employee rubbed hands together for less than 10-15 seconds while washing hands. Several employees in kitchen area, observed washing between 4-8 seconds. Warning High Priority - Single-use gloves not changed as needed after changing tasks or when damaged or soiled. Observed employee wipe kitchen surfaces with cloth and then stir onions on the grill with no glove change. Warning Intermediate - Proof of required state approved employee training not available for some employees. Edward working since February and Garrett working for 2 years (per each employee) with no proof of food safety training. Manager said Garrett just completed ServSafe manager exam but has not yet received certificate. Observed SafeStaff training for 2 other employees and ServSafe Manager's certificates for 2 others with 2 other new hires on staff of 30 days or less. This violation must be corrected by September 25, 2013.
