- Basic - Employee beverage container in ice machine/ice bin. Observed a bottle of water in ice in the ice machine. Corrective action: operator removed beverage and ice around drink was scooped out.
- High Priority - Cooked fruits/vegetables cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Cheese grits 46f
- High Priority - Cooked meat/poultry cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Cooked pork 46f overnight.
- High Priority - Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to work with food. Observed food handler preparing macaroni and cheese put gloves on but did not wash hands. Corrective action: food handler washed hands and put on gloves.
- High Priority - Employee touching ready-to-eat food with their bare hands - food was not being heated as a sole ingredient to 145 degrees F or immediately added to other ingredients to be cooked/heated to the minimum required temperature to allow bare hand contact. Establishment has no approved Alternative Operating Procedure. Observed food handler's finger touch bbq sauce while filling bottle with no gloves on. Corrective action: food handler put gloves on.
