South Coast Plaza


South Coast Plaza is located at 3333 Bristol Street, Costa Mesa, California. South Coast Plaza is a place for shopping near Los Angeles and Orange County. There are over a hundred stores at South Coast Plaza including Macy's as an anchor store. Also in the mall includes Yuen Lui Photography, Amy's Hallmark, A Pea in the Pod, Paper Source, Pacific Whey Cafe, See's Candies, Tinder Box, PureBeauty, Claire's Accessories, Sunglass Hut, and Nello Cucina.

South Coast Plaza has many restaurants and other anchor stores as well, for example Borders, Crate and Barrel, Sport Chalet, Ruby's Diner, Champagne French Bakery Cafe, and more. Visitors can also enjoy a ride on a carousel with their children if they wish. The mall was first opened in 1967. It was developed by Segerstrom and Sons. The architect on the job was Victor Gruen Associates. The total retail space is 2,800,000 square feet. They have three floors, five anchor stores, and a parking garage.

The mall has been used in several shows such as The OC, The Real Orange County, Beverly Hills, Clueless, 90210, and Laguna Beach. The plaza is considered a prominent shopping center like those in London, Paris, Hong Kong and other cities.
