San Luis Creek Lodge

Built in 2003 and renovated in 2008, the San Luis Creek Lodge has just 25 guest rooms and operates as a bed-and-breakfast-style inn. It offers all of the amenities that business travelers might expect of a small upscale hotel, while at the same time serving as a location for romantic getaways.

The guest rooms are divided among three architecturally distinctive lodges: the Londonderry, the Craftsman, and the Plantation. Each unit features a private shower and a spacious tiled or marble bath. Some come with a jetted bathtub, too. Furnishings are stylish and upscale. For example, every room now has a Sony Bravia LCD HDTV with free 100-channel Satellite TV to complimentary DVD movie loaners. High-speed wireless Internet connections are standard, too.

Both hot and cold breakfasts are served in the Gatehouse from 7am to 9:30am on Monday through Friday. The menu includes fresh-baked breads, pastries, scrambled eggs, hard-boiled eggs, bagels, cream cheese, yoghurt, oatmeal, English muffins, cereals, fresh fruit, juice, and coffee.

The San Luis Creek Lodge is 100% smoke-free, and no pets are allowed on the premises. Front desk personnel are on duty from 7:30am to 8pm daily. The address is 1941 Monterey Street, San Luis Obispo, California 93401.
