EOS Estate Winery at Arciero Vineyards

EOS Estate Winery at Arciero Vineyards was named for the Goddess of Dawn in Greek Mythology. The winery is one of the most eco- friendly with green properties and state of the art facilities. The tasting room and main center is architecturally reminiscent of the Mediterranean, though it is located in Paso Robles, California known more for its Spanish architecture. The winery operates with solar power.

EOS opened in 1985 modeled on Monte Cassino in Italy. It is also the hometown of the Arciero Family. In 2009, the vineyard was sold to the Saint James Company to help make it public. It was a year before this sale that the winery began updating its fields to work off of solar energy. Two acres of solar mounted arrays can be seen on a tour of the facilities. The Director of the winery, at present, is Nathan Carlson. He has been at the winery since 2008. The tasting room has a cypress tree entryway that leads into the larger space. Complimentary tastings are provided for visitors that come to enjoy the ambiance, gourmet foods, and wines. The rose garden and lush picnic area are open to the public.
