Big League Dreams

BLD as it is locally known is a Big League Dreams park for those who have always dreamed about making it in major league ball. The park is located in Cathedral City, California with an eye towards Boston's Fenway Park. Big League Dreams offers more than baseball and softball for those wishing to play games. They also have a 20,000 square foot indoor space for soccer.

It is possible to rent the space for parties, company picnics, location shoots, meetings, and even weddings. For those going on their own there are possibilities of joining a group. The park was started by Rick and Jeff Odekirk. They were former players turned into businessmen when they started the family run facility. Today they have more than one park. Cathedral City is the original location, but they have branched out to Riverside, China Hills, West Covina, Manteca, and Redding, California. They also have places in Gilbert AZ, Mansfield, League City TX, and Las Vegas Nevada.

To join in the fun anyone 13 years or older must pay $3 on entry. These individuals will be given a chance to play the games. Spectators are free. There is a $1 token given to players for concessions.
